We hand-select the designer that will best fit the consumer's needs. In turn, we obtain engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in combination with the designer for a common objective. With customer input, we handle every step of style, while keeping track of cost and schedule. Once building starts, we manage progress, quality and last delivery, consisting of close-out files, commissioning and a one year guarantee.<br>

We are happy to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 new housing units, bringing fresh chances to the neighborhood. Residents are anticipated to relocate next year. <br>As we assess Memorial Day, we're advised of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the importance of supporting those who continue to respond to the call. ❤ We just recently completed a tenant improvement project for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot space will act as a recruitment workplace and includes an open workplace area, a training space, the Section Chief's office, and restrooms. This project is a strong example of our group's ability to provide premium, functional areas that support significant missions in our communities.
